Scope of work	RFP - Scrap Tire Recycling Services 2024 - RE-ADVERTISEMENT https://www.brunswickcountync.gov/Bids.aspx?BidID=41 Brunswick County is soliciting sealed proposals to provide processing, transportation, and recycling services for scrap tires collected and stockpiled at the site of the Brunswick County landfill facility located at 172 Land Fill Road NE, Bolivia, NC 28422 and other County satellite sites. Each proposal must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside “SCRAP TIRE RECYCLING SERVICES,” with the name and address of the contractor. Sealed proposals must be received by Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 2:00 pm ET, at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud at the Brunswick County Operation Services Building located at 179 March 9, 1764 Drive, NE, Bolivia, NC 28422. Brunswick County will not be responsible for the failure of any mail or delivery service to deliver a proposal prior to the stated date and time. Regardless of the manner of submission, any proposal received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Incomplete proposals or proposals inconsistent with the required format may be disqualified from consideration.
