Scope of work	Invitation to Bid Excavator with Attachments Brunswick County is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of an excavator with attachments that meets the minimum specifications set forth in the ITB. Brunswick County is a subrecipient of federal funds awarded by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC/HHS”) to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (“NC DHHS”), as more particularly set forth in a Division of Public Health Agreement Addendum AA910 (Hurricane Preparedness Mosquito Control) FY23-24 from NC DHHS. The anticipated amount of this procurement is approximately $294,000. This project is supported by CDC/HHS as part of a financial assistance award totaling $550,000 with approximately 88.5 percent (maximum of $260,000) funded by CDC/HHS with the remainder totaling approximately 11.5 percent (approximately $34,000) funded with Brunswick County funds.
