Scope of work	RFQ: West Brunswick Water Reclamation Facility Plant Expansion Click Here to view Full Document Brunswick County is requesting qualifications statements from qualified engineering, environmental, and water resource firms for professional services associated with the development of a Preliminary Engineering Report (“PER”) to provide recommendations for the expansion of the West Brunswick Regional Water Reclamation Facility (“WBRWRF”) and the associated wastewater transmission system as more fully set forth herein. The selected consultant shall review the existing 6MGD plant and the associated disposal sites with the goal of accommodating the growth within Brunswick County. The overall intention of this PER is to gather all necessary information to move immediately into a Design and Engineering project for an expansion of the WBRWRF. The selected consultant shall determine the next logical expansion of the facility and develop a master site plan to maximize the use of available land for buildout of the facility while identifying the most cost-effective measures to increase the overall capacity of the entire system. Additionally, the selected consultant will determine effluent disposal options for the facility. For consideration, three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy and one (1) USB drive, of the response to this Request for Qualifications must be received by the County by 4:30 p.m. ET on September 12, 2024. Brunswick County will not be responsible for the failure of any mail or delivery service to deliver responses prior to the stated date and time. Regardless of the manner of submission, any response received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Incomplete responses or responses inconsistent with the required format may be disqualified from consideration.
