Scope of work	RFP - Disaster Debris Monitoring Brunswick County is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a contract at no immediate cost to an Activating Entity, as defined herein, for disaster debris planning and support management services. Sealed proposals must be received no later than August 12, 2024, at 10:00 AM ET, at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud at 179 March 9, 1764 Drive NE, Bolivia, NC 28422. Sealed proposals shall be labeled with the name of the Request for Proposals and marked “SEALED PROPOSAL, DO NOT OPEN”. Brunswick County will not be responsible for the failure of any mail or delivery service to deliver a proposal prior to the stated date and time. Regardless of the manner of submission, any proposal received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Incomplete proposals or proposals inconsistent with the required format may be disqualified from consideration.
