Each bid must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside “RE-ADVERTISEMENT ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANK REPLACEMENT – EMS BASE #4 SOUTHPORT AND EMS BASE #3 OCEAN ISLE BEACH,” with the name, address, and license number of the bidder. Bidders interested in being considered for this work must submit a bid for both locations.
