The structure will be open sided with no walls and must be designed and constructed in accordance with the North Carolina State Building Code and all Brunswick County requirements. Bids must be received no later than January 23, 2026, at 10:00 am ET. Brunswick County will not be responsible for the failure of any mail or delivery service to deliver a bid prior to the stated date and time. Incomplete Bids or bids inconsistent with the required format shall be disqualified from consideration. Those interested should submit one (1) hard copy or one (1) electronic copy of the bid.
