Scope of work	Craven County is expanding its Cisco VOIP phone system and is seeking pricing for 374 phones, 25 expansion modules and 2 conference phones. Interested parties have until Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 3:00pm to submit a quote, via email or standard mail. Quotes may include "new" and/or "not-new" pricing. "Not-new" quotes please explain the type; refurbished, equal to new, etc. Please explain the warranty and period (days, years, etc.) offered for each quoted price and the estimated number of calendar days to receive the product if selected. Vendors may submit multiple options.
