Scope of work	Flood Remediation and Renovations New Bern Riverfront Convention Center Sealed proposals will be received from Contractors, on July 16, 2019 at 3:00 pm in the Craven County Administration Building at 406 Craven Street, New Bern, NC at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the interior finish / renovation and exterior masonry veneer repairs to areas impacted by previous flood damage at the New Bern Riverfront Convention Center in New Bern, NC. The repairs involved the restoration of interior finish materials for floors, walls, ceilings and associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repairs. The exterior work includes the repairs required to restore damaged exterior masonry veneers and membrane roofing repairs. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for Single Prime Contracts. An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 26, 2019 at 10:00 am in the Craven County Administration Building at 406 Craven Street, New Bern, NC. This meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $150.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies. Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 109 Candlewood Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 (252.937.2500) beginning May 6, 2019, during normal office hours.
