Scope of work	The Craven County, North Carolina, Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide engineering services for the design and implementation of a telemetry/SCADA system for the Craven County Water System. In order to be considered all responses must be submitted in writing no later than 4:00 PM (EST) on August 30, 2019. Firms mailing responses should allow delivery time to ensure timely receipt of their proposals. The responsibility for getting the response to the Craven County’s Water Department on or before the specified time and date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the responding firm.
