Scope of work	The County’s Solid Waste Department intends to enter into an agreement with a qualified firm to provide consulting services in preparation for natural disasters or other debris generating events. These services include, at no additional cost to the COUNTY, participation in annual workshops or planning meetings with COUNTY Representatives to establish or review applicable policies and procedures associated with disaster debris management and monitoring and provide the COUNTY with a half day training session on the most current FEMA Public Assistance Policy and Procedures Guidelines, 325 Public Assistance Debris Management Guide, FEMA 327, Public Assistance Debris Monitoring Guide, recent FEMA DSG’s , and policy and procedure guides changes.
