Scope of work	PURPOSE Craven County seeks to establish a contract with an experienced Cisco Voice/Unified Communications implementor to design and upgrade Craven County’s existing Cisco Phone System. The selected Contractor will work with Craven County IT staff to evaluate the existing design and develop and implement a new modern design that best fits the County’s needs. This is a design and services contract only. Hardware will be procured via a separate process. B. Select Government from the list on the top of the webpage, and then click on Bid Opportunities then select the RFP for Cisco Unified Communications System Upgrade under Open Bids. When responding to this RFP, please follow all instructions carefully. Please submit proposal contents according to the outline specified in Section 2.C Proposal Format Requirements and submit documents according to the instructions in Section 2.B Proposal Submission Requirements and elsewhere in this RFP. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a proposal being considered non-responsive and being eliminated from consideration. Negligence or error on the part of any offeror in preparing its proposal confers no right of withdrawal or modification of their bid after the designated submittal deadline. Failure to return the required documents and information specified in this RFP may result in a determination that the proposal is non-responsive.
