Scope of work	Sealed bids, subject to the conditions made a part hereof, will be received by the Craven County until 2:00:00 PM, Thursday, April 14, 2022 in the Finance Department, 406 Craven Street, New Bern, North Carolina 28560 for the purchase and delivery of the list of Telemetry hardware attached. The products shall meet the requirements contained in the attached specifications due to standardization and compatibility of current installed hardware. Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 2:00pm. Only sealed bids will be accepted. Refer to “Submittal Instructions” for bids, Item 8 for proper mailing instructions. Bids submitted via facsimile (FAX) machine or electronic means, such as email, in response to this Invitation for Bid will not be acceptable. Bids are subject to rejection unless submitted on this form. See related document for details.
