Scope of work	A. General: Craven County solicits your interest in providing Qualifications for Pre-Construction Services and Construction services of the project including all site work, infrastructure and building for Craven County Human Services Complex New Addition in New Bern,NC, located at 2818 Neuse Blvd. B. Required Knowledge: Firms responding to the RFQ are expected to possess an in-depth understanding of the issues involved in construction, site development and other related and associated special construction. Firms must be capable of advising on all aspects of the development as it relates to the design and construction of the facility and interaction with the associated statutory authorities. Firms must be able to respond to the issues from the Owner and design team as it affects the project and advise where required. In addition, firms must be able to demonstrate successful experience with the full range of issues involved in the construction of a project of this type and/or complexity.
