Scope of work	The Craven County, North Carolina, Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified contractors to provide construction of a living shoreline/marsh sill located along the shore of the Neuse River. Attached you will find a “Request for Proposal,” (RFP) which identifies the project anticipated to be undertaken on behalf of the Craven County Board of Commissioners during the contract period. In order to be considered all responses must be submitted in writing no later than 4:00 PM (EST) on March 19, 2024 . Contractors mailing responses should allow delivery time to ensure timely receipt of their proposals. The responsibility for getting the response to Craven County’s Planning And Community Development Department on or before the specified time and date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the responding contractor. The County will in no way be responsible for delays caused by any occurrence.
