Scope of work	Notice to Bidders Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00pm on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, in the Commissioner Room at the Craven County Administration Building, 406 Craven Street, New Bern, N.C. 28560 (mail at the same address marked to the attention of Zach Chenoweth) and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Craven County Government Center East Craven County The Project includes the renovation of a 10,481 square foot existing two-story building. Renovations include selective demolition, new finishes, new steel stud walls, new elevator, and new masonry elevator shaft. Replacement systems for plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. Project also included minor sitework to the existing parking areas and sidewalks. Bids will be received for Single Prime Contracts. All proposals shall be lump sum.
