Residential Remodel · Remodel · Project Overview This property was purchased for the purpose of repairing resale or rent. I own this home and am also the general contractor. The majority of the work will be completed by myself and my wife. I don’t have any employees; therefore, no workers’ compensation insurance is carried. Any subcontractors used will be properly insured and carry their own workers’ compensation coverage. Licensed plumber and electrician to perform their work and will be added to the permit. Scope of Work The following work will be completed as part of this remodel: Minor Plumbing / Tub Valve Replacement replacing bathtub in guest bath and shower in master bedroom. Relocate washer and dryer from the dining room to the mud room. Remove the non-load bearing walls in between kitchen and dining room. The home is framed using Fink (W) trusses 5/8". Perform cosmetic repairs throughout the home, including paint, drywall, floors, cabinetry and other general finishing work. |
