Description of work	Plumbing Standalone - Residential · Residential Plumbing Standalone · New Nat Gas Service with Tankless and Gene. Feed Phase 1- We will rough in a CSST (corrugated stainless-steel tubing) high pressure natural gas system under the home to serve a future generator on the right-hand side of the home with a "Locking Valve" and Rinnai RX 160en with pipe cover and valve kit on the same side of the home. On the left-hand side of the home, we will install a flanged penetration and run exposed a black iron branch line to the left of the flange to with a regulator assembly to fuel a future natural gas gas pack. Install the Rinnai and plumb in all feed and return lines, gas line, water kit, plus pipe cover. Once complete we will fill the gas system with air and call for inspections. We will also dig up and replace your ball valve at the front of the home and replace with new. Phase 2- Upon completion of inspection, we will contact Piedmont to schedule the setting of the gas meter. Once the meter is set, we will return pull your tank heater inside the home and cap those lines. We will fire up the Rinnai and put that system into operation we will test for leaks and functionality.
