Scope of work	The Support Services Department will be replacing the carpet in the Gray Building. The address of the Gray Building is 34 Vance Circle, Lexington NC 27292. A mandatory pre-bid conference for all prospective offerors is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. August 30, 2018 at the Support Services Department (925 North Main St., Lexington). Attendance at this conference is a prerequisite for consideration of an offeror's proposal. Copies of the bid package are available for download and will be available at the pre-bid conference. Prospective offerors are encouraged to submit written questions in advance. The walk-throughs will happen after meeting on same day. In the event the County is closed due to inclement weather, this meeting will take place on the next business day. It is the offeror's responsibility to assure that all addenda have been reviewed.
