Scope of work	The purpose for the RFP is for janitorial services for all County-owned buildings. The intent of this project is to award one (1) contract per group, with one contractor getting only one group. However, this depends on the number of bidders and the number of bids we receive on the day bids are opened. All work is to be completed with the firm’s own forces, except for those items that are allowed to be outsourced, i.e., carpet cleaning and floor waxing, etc. Any firm found to be bidding and then giving the contract to another firm, this will not be allowed and will be terminated, as this is in direct violation of #8 Assignment of the contract terms and conditions.
