Davidson County is seeking a qualified design build firm to provide design/build services (including but not limited to; architectural/engineering, programming, schematic, design development, bidding, planning, preparation, construction administration and construction phased services) for a proposed new hangar(s) to be located at 1673 Aviation Way, Lexington, NC 27292. Services may include surveying, design, environmental permitting, permitting, consultation, meetings & presentations, and construction related services.
