Scope of work	Project Description The site/address of the Sports Complex shall be close to 411 River Oaks Lane, Lexington NC or GPS coordinates 80.2788033°W, 35.6609236°N ( -80.2788033° , 35.6609236°) . This is a 125+/- acre site sitting along Owen Road, Southmont, NC. Please see the current master plan, attached. There are a few items that need to be taken in account: All building interiors and exteriors will be low to no maintenance. All buildings shall have a metal roof with no flat roofs and no HVAC on roofs. All buildings need to be designed so that maintenance tasks can easily be completed.
