It is the offeror's responsibility to assure that all addenda have been reviewed. This is a roof replacement for the 22 Randolph Street, Thomasville, North Carolina 27360. In general, the scope of work includes replacement of the existing Thermoplastic-Polyolefin roof system with a fully adhered thermoplastic (PVC) roof system on an approximate 7,200 square feet of roof area.
