Scope of work	Request for Proposal for Duplin County CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT SERVICES Section A: PURPOSE Duplin County, also referred to as the “County”, through its Technical Representative (TR), the Duplin County Department of Social Services (hereafter referred to as the “TR”), is soliciting sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations to acquire the services of a Contractor, hereafter referred to as the “Contractor” that can provide total privatization of the county’s Child Support Enforcement Program. This contract will be for a five (5) year period contingent upon the annual appropriation of funds.
