Scope of work	Duplin County will receive Bids for the Airpark Phase II Clearing and Grading Project at the Duplin County Economic Development Office located at 260 Airport Road, Kenansville, NC 28349, until May 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. , at which time and place all Bids received will be opened. Bids received after 9:00 a.m. on May 14, 2026 will not be considered. The work may be generally described as the clearing, grubbing, and grading of approximately four (4) acres of forested land for the development of a future access road. A Pre-Bid Meeting will not be held for this project. Bid Security equal to 5% of the total of the Base Bid and Bid Additives is required in the form of a cash deposit or a Bid Bond. Contract Security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. No Bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of Bids for a period of ninety (90) consecutive calendar days.
