Scope of work	NOTICE TO BIDDERS DUPLIN COUNTY AIRPORT KENANSVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA TERMINAL APRON RECONSTRUCTION General Notice The County of Duplin (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Duplin County Airport Terminal Apron Reconstruction Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Duplin County Airport Terminal located at 260 Airport Road, Kenansville, NC 28349 until Thursday, July 30th at 2pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction of existing concrete terminal apron, modifications to existing storm drainage, installation of perforated underdrain, and airfield lighting modifications. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Michael Baker International 8000 Regency Parkway, Suite 600 Cary, NC 27518 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
