Duplin County reserves the right to reject any or all submittals for any reason determined by the county to be in its best interest. 3. Duplin County is under no obligation to award any respondent if the submittal fails to align with the scope, intent, or specific needs of the county. 4. Duplin County reserves the right to re-solicit any and all services as deemed necessary for the best interest in the county. 5. Late responses to questions and submittals will not be reviewed or considered. 7. The county will not be responsible for any difficulties that may occur resulting in a late submittal.
