Scope of work	The project consists of interior renovation of existing office spaces as indicated in the construction documents. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, creating 2 additional offices and a storage room, the removal and disposal of any demolition debris, permitting, and inspections. The up-fit will include finishes, updating light fixtures, ceiling panels, and small modifications for the HVAC system. This is a turnkey project.
