Scope of work	Gaston County is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from interested and qualified firms to provide professional Engineering services. Gaston County has identified a site on the east side of Dallas Park for a new pre-engineered restroom building. The County would also like to include improvements to the sidewalk around the new restroom connecting to the existing parking lot to comply with ADA requirements. This project will include oversite for all necessary connections including water, sanitary sewer, and power connections. Project is funded through Land & Water Conservation Fund (LWCF)
