Scope of work	Gaston County DSS has a need for the following: Pest Control Services for DSS Client Homes Contractor will have proven experience in extermination services, including but not limited to, cockroaches, bedbugs, rodents, or other invasive pests. The contracted agency will provide an estimate prior to each job to include the number of treatments, cost of such treatments and a recommended follow up/maintenance treatment schedule to achieve best pest management outcomes. Pet and human safe treatments should always be the first treatment choice and any required periods of home evacuation shall be identified prior to the service. Employees of the contracted agency must be able to work around property residents with physical and/or mental conditions that may contribute to emotional/behavioral responses to the cleanup process.
