Scope of work	Gaston County Government, in coordination with the Gaston-Cleveland-Lincoln Metropolitan Planning Organization (GCLMPO) and the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a Multi-modal Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP).
