Gaston County NC is requesting sealed proposals from experienced natural trail builders to construct Lowell to George Poston Park Trail. Ideal bidders are members of the Professional Trail Builders Association (PTBA). The project consists of constructing a public, natural surface, non-motorized, multi-use pathway that connects River Heights Development in Lowell, NC to Gaston County’s George Poston Park. The Project will be a partnership between Gaston County and the City of Lowell and will be financed with Carolina Thread Trail 2023 Trail Implementation Grants and local funds. |
