Scope of work	REVISED BID OPENING SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 19, 2026 AT 2:00 P.M. PLEASE SEE ADDENDUM 4 FOR DETAILS Gaston County, through funding received from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and administered by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS), is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide microfilm services for the scanning, conversion, and digitization of archived medical records currently stored on microfilm. The resulting digital records will be utilized by Gaston County’s Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Department. Sealed bids will be received by Gaston County until 2:00 P.M. , Eastern Time, on November 19, 2026 . Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 P.M. in the Attorney’s Conference Room , located on the third floor of the Gaston County Administration Building, 128 West Main Avenue, Gastonia, NC 28053 . The bid opening will be held at a location that requires security screening and clearance for entry. Bidders and their representatives who plan to attend the bid opening should allow sufficient additional time to complete the security check-in process before the scheduled opening time. Bids received after the stated date and time will not be accepted. Bidders are solely responsible for allowing adequate time for security screening, check-in, and entry to ensure that their bids are received by Gaston County before the submission deadline.
