Scope of work	Halifax County desires to purchase a turnkey VoIP system for the Halifax County Historic Courthouse, Planning Department building, and HRM/Public Utilities/Operations building (collectively referred to as the “Halifax County Historic Courthouse Complex”) that will integrate with recently upgraded VoIP systems at the Halifax County Department of Social Services and the Halifax County Health Department. This system will also need to seamlessly connect to another County future VoIP system phase planned for this year or the following year. The system will provide voice and IP Paging for all separate site locations which are not connected currently. The chosen system will offer backup redundancy and desktop administration/support.
