Scope of work	Halifax County, North Carolina (the “County”) is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide the following services; 1) curbside collection of municipal solid waste (MSW) and Recyclables within the County, 2) operation of the County Transfer Station, 3) transfer of waste from transfer station to disposal site, and 4) disposal of waste at an approved MSW disposal site. Vendors may submit proposals for one, or a combination of requested services.
