Scope of work	Halifax County desires to purchase a turnkey VoIP system for the Halifax County Court Services Building, and Cooperative Extension locations (collectively referred to as the Halifax County Court Services Complex) and the Halifax County Library, which will integrate with recently upgraded VoIP systems at the Halifax County Department of Social Services, Halifax County Health Department, and Halifax County Historic Courthouse Complex. The system will provide voice and IP Paging for all separate site locations which are not connected currently. The chosen system will offer backup redundancy and desktop administration/support. Maintenance support contracts must be included with these quotes.
