Scope of work	RE-ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUALIFICATIONS COUNTY OF MOORE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 2024-02 ENGINEERING SERVICES – ASSET AND INVENTORY ASSESSMENT STUDY – AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN PROJECT PURSUANT to Section 143-64.31 of the General Statutes of North Carolina and the Code of Federal Regulations 2 CFR Part 200, sealed qualifications titled "RFQ 2024-02 ENGINEERING SERVICES – ASSET AND INVENTORY ASSESSMENT STUDY – AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN PROJECT” may be furnished to the County of Moore, Attn: Terra Vuncannon at 1 Courthouse Square, Carthage, NC 28327 until 4:30 pm Wednesday, October 25, 2023. Due to an insufficient number of responses to the original request for qualifications this project is being re-advertised . The County of Moore is a sub-recipient of the State Fiscal Recovery Fund by U.S. Department of the Treasury Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (American Rescue Plan Act). The intent of the County is to obtain qualifications by a professional firm for engineering services for the Public Works Department.
