ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS COUNTY OF MOORE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 2025-07 BILLING SERVICES PURSUANT to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina sealed proposals titled "RFP 2025-07 - BILLING SERVICES,” may be furnished to the County of Moore, Attn: Terra Vuncannon, 1 Courthouse Square, Carthage, North Carolina 28327 until 4:00 pm Tuesday May 27, 2025. Opening will not be public. The intent of the County is to obtain proposals for billing services for the Tax and Public Utilities Departments. Instructions for submitting proposals and complete specifications for the services desired may be obtained at the above address during regular office hours or by the link below.
