Kitchen – 1, BR1 – 1, BR2 – 1, Living – 1, Bath – 1(tempered) • Exterior Doors o Paint existing exterior doors and repair weatherstripping if needed • Exterior Paint o Paint entire front porch including the trim, rails, posts, beams, and decking • Wall Covering o Scrape texture off of kitchen ceiling and repair as needed o Repair walls and corners throughout to address issues from leveling activity o Re-mud and patch areas damaged due to trim removal o Remove wall covering around Mantle in front room (whole wall) o Remove Mantelpiece and re-sheetrock entire wall where it was • Carpentry/Trim o Trim repair as needed o Install baseboard (1x6) throughout the home after installing flooring o Beadboard the bathroom walls in entirety to match kitchen • Flooring o LVP throughout the entire home • Interior Doors o Add closet doors in the bedrooms and a laundry door in the hallway • Closets o New shelves and rods in all closets • Interior Paint o Re-paint the entire interior (see paint guidelines in specifications) • Cabinets/Tops o Replace all cabinets and tops per plan specifications (see specifications) • Appliances o Install range, microwave, and fridge
