Scope of work	ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals for a single-prime General Construction Contract will be received from Pre-Qualified General Contractors by Pitt County Government, Attn.: Mr. Kenneth Brann, Assistant County Engineer, Developmental Services Building, 1717 West Fifth Street, Greenville, NC 27834, up to 3:00 p.m., Thursday, November 12, 2026, in the Planning Conference Room and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the: PITT COUNTY NEW ADMINISTRATION BUILDIING JKF PROJECT NO. 2024-14 Bids will be received for Contract type – (single prime): Category-General. All proposals shall be lump sum. Pre-Qualified General Contractors: • Daniels & Daniels Contracting Co., Inc. • Hudson Brothers Construction Company • Muter Construction • Clancy & Theys Construction Company • T.A. Loving Company • J.M. Thompson Company • Thomas Construction Group, LLC • Monteith Construction Corp. • WIMCO Corp. Pre-bid meeting will be held for all bidders and all interested vendors on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Pitt County Developmental Services Building, 1717 West Fifth Street, Greenville, NC 27834.
