Scope of work	INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00PM on October 31, 2019 in the BOC Room located at 217 E. Willow Street, Yadkinville, NC 27055 for the construction of Yadkin Memorial Park Phase 2 Improvements for Yadkin County, NC. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 15, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the project site located at 1142 Crystal Lane, Yadkinville, NC 27055. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. The scope of work consists of the following: Clearing and grubbing, staking, layout, erosion control, earthwork, storm sewer, concrete, asphalt, landscaping, building construction, site furnishings, and other ancillary work. All contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license as required under the state laws governing their respective trades.
