Scope of work	Proposals for the provision of In-Home Aide Services (Levels II, and III) for older adults in Yadkin County for Fiscal Year 2021 (July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021) will be received by Yadkin County until 2:00pm on Friday, May 1, 2020. These services are funded through the Home and Community Care Block Grant (HCCBG). The Request for Service Proposal package will be available on the County’s website (www.yadkincountync.gov) after 12:00pm on Monday, April 13, 2020. Yadkin County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any or all formalities.
